| We run an intensely focused, highly personalized operation and expect a lot from our clients. We oppose big groups as a matter of policy. For this reason we believe a high guide to participant ratio is critical to our success and therefore limit our tours to 12 people (minimum flexible, we also plan private wine treks). We know savy travellers consider several factors before committing their hard earned time and money. We create experiences that are quite different from a regular wine tour. Top vintages always tasted with verticals from past years and always with unique foods to accompany. We also provide side excursions that allow you to experience the flavor of what each region has to offer as far as recreational adventures. We also have guided shopping trips to get you to those great little shops that only the locals know about... all this and enough time to truly relax so you don't need a vacation to recover from your vacation.
We create four elegant wine dinners with a class on the region and the varietals that we are tasting . Every region has it's unique history of how the V. vinifera evolved and why each place is special. We like to think that great wine should be consumed with the cuisine of the region of origin. We seek out the finest haute Chefs and local grandmothers and present four nights of culinary heaven.
