What is the yearly schedule?
We do not schedule more than 4 trips a year. Usually they coincide with the Northern and Southern harvest seasons, however we also plan trips to wineries at different times other than vendimia, (harvest time) to broaden our spectrum of knowledge. We also organize private trips to small specialized wineries, please check with us often. [Contact us]
What about safety?
Our main concern has been and will always be safety. Even though we are abroad in these trips we have the best safety net conditions allow. Our travel is as safe as we can make it, and on the unlikely event of an accident we have one of the best safety nets in the regions we visit. Although the social and political climates of the regions we visit are stable, we are committed to monitoring those situations on a daily basis to ensure the safety of our trips.
Is travel insurance provided?
We automatically provide insurance coverage for medical expenses and evacuation for each of our clients. Insurance for trip cancellation or interruption and baggage damage are optional. We encourage you to take additional travel insurance at your convenience.
Do you have age and health restrictions?
We do not have an aged-based cutoff. If you have a medical condition we will appreciate you telling us before hand so we can accommodate or honestly tell you not to join us in these particular trips.
Do I have to be in good fitness?
Our rule of thumb is that anyone who has no problem with a short, easy hike can handle our wine treks. Good mental attitude however is the most important consideration.
What type of vaccination do I need?
Vaccination is usually not an issue for our trips since we do not venture into regions where diseases are common and only travel to subtropical areas.

We will welcome any questions regarding our trips. Please feel free to ask: [contact us]
